Any ideas please.

Played scrabble on my phone last night against a friend in the same room !. Had to connect via Bluetooth obviously. Anyway, finished games (I lost :-( !) so turned Bluetooth off. However, the Bluetooth symbol is still showing as being on - but on settings it's definately off. I've turned phone off and on again but it's still there.

Anybody know what I can do next ?.

Have you gone into Settings/General & set Bluetooth to off?

Yes done that - which is why it makes no sense to me.

I would say power the phone off - leave it for a couple of minutes - then power it back on again.  Then check to see if there has been a software update.  And also Google to see if anyone else has had the problem.  I had my iphone freeze & got great & very simple advice re. how to get it going again.  good luck

Thanks - I turned it off, left work and came home. Switched phone back on and bingo - Bluetooth off !. Very strange but ok now.
