i mated my large breed girl 23 days ago , somedays her nipples look different other days they don't other than that no signs of been pregnant, but i have noticed in the last few days she's been very submissive and will wee if i show her attention or throw her ball for her , she did use to to do this when she was a puppy but grew out of it , i just wonder if it can be hormones that is making her like this , it is hard to see because it would look to outsiders that i am been cruel to her and i have never and would never hurt her , thanks

Pregnancy/phantom hormones have different affects on bitches, I would expect the wee problem later when the puppies were bigger and the space in the pelvis be at a premium where as at this stage the pups wouldn't be near the bladder.

It has been nearer 6 weeks before I can tell for sure that it is a pregnancy and not a phantom.

I weigh and measure girth weekly from mating, if the numbers go up early on it has been a phantom, one of my girls had 4 so I got to spot the difference.
