Poor puppy :-(

So very sad, poor little puppy.

Tragic and so very sad. I do not use any chemical fresheners, fabric or polish sprays down stairs where the dogs are.

Poor puppy, right enough, but she'll have a fight to get compensation from Harveys!!

We bought our leather suite from there 18 months ago and within a year the whole suite is collapsing.  When we sit on it now, we are almost on the floor! I hate it.  After complaining, they sent out a guy who said it was because we never plumped up the sponge filling?! I've never bothered on any suite before and this has never happened! Never again will I shop there and I used to really like that store and the quality. Pah!

I hope this lady sues for all they've got!!!

I managed to get mine repaired twice , by time it needing repairing again I was sick of the ****** thing and dumped it!!

And if I have for a fleeting moment thought of crossing their door again, those stupid adverts will stop me!

Oh, see, I love the new adverts!!Very funny.

Don't cross the door of Evil!! Better to spend a bit more and get something that'll last.  Do you know, the guy that came to look at the sofa told me that Harveys have compromised on quality to be able to keep up with the likes of DFS and land of leather.  He said people want cheap so to reduce costs, they reduce quality.  I said, I didn't pay cheap! And I would rather pay a bit more and get quality (which is what I thought I did!!).
