Tonight at 9.30pm for welsh viewers there is a half hour programe focusing on a dog dealer but it is in welsh with english sub titles. Tommow at 7.3pm a shorter version on ITV Wales in english. However I have been advised that by going to google and placing live stream in a search engine it will bring up the programe live at the time of 9.30pm. It will of course be available online soon after the programe goes out.

Huw Thomas is a dog dealer with ads all over the Internet. BUT he has a pet shop licence, does that make it okay?
