ive made an appontment for vets tomorrow but what im wanting to know is can having ear mites make a 10m old pup, full on, over the top, and nutty and dont stop even after a good walk, my girl is still bounceing around and being naughty and over excited she is like this from wakeing and till bed time,i do play other games with her too to help stimulate her brain plus sit/stays/down/fetch, but not all day every day if u know what i mean lol, help!!!

That wouldn't be a link I'd make...  Do you know she has ear mites or are you just seeing ear trouble?  Is the behaviour new?

Unusually active, or frenzied, behaviour coupled with problem ears sounds more like a food sensitivity.  Although that sort of behaviour is often short lived if she's eaten something v high in sugars or colouring.

Might need a bit more background to have an educated guess but it'll be interesting to hear what the vet says :)

When our Sadie was 9 weeks old,she was up and barking for her breakfast at 5.30 am and was on the go all day when mum visited she used to say Sheila does that dog never sleep, lol, after a few weeks i took her to our vets,he told me sraight away, she was having to much protein in her diet, she was on scrambled eggs for one of the feeds, when i stopped giving her eggs for supper she calmed down alot.
