my girl was day 16 yesterday , bloodtested and larry said to take her to stud yesterday which i did , but at home she was flagging and flirting with my small breed neutered male even lying down for him to mate her , when i took her to the stud she was not that happy , he was very eager and frightened my girl a little and she showed her teeth to him, eventually we got a mating and a tie of 10 mins , i can't take her back for a second mating because my cars broken down so its just fingers crossed , but it does show even dogs do like a preference to a mate lol

I agree we had a similar thing with our bitch both her and the stud we wanted to use hated each other and were having none of it luckily the stud owner had another suitable stud which she loved.
