Just to wish all cd people and their furries old and new a very happy Christmas and heres hoping the new year will be a good one. My family and I am sure others need apositive year after the difficulties of 2011 :) xx
Christmas in our family will be starting tomorrow with Christmas dinner in the evening so  can share it with my children and their partners and prezzies and brunch on christmas day freeing everyone up to visit other important relatives
Off now to peel the sprouts and finish or was thatstart wrapping

Wishing everyone a brilliant Christmas day tomorrow, hope you have the best day. To all the flurries licks and slobbers from the girlies, and to those of you, who, like me will be working (Ho Hum !!) hope it's not too bad and you get some time with your loved ones. My Christmas will be in two part's I shall wake up with DOH and the girlies for pressies and walks then off to work for a few hours then a good friend is cooking so my xmas dinner will be about 7pm... The first time in 36 years I have NOT cooked Xmas dinner :-D

Merry Christmas to all. Special thoughts go out to anyone who has recently lost a family member or beloved pet ( my freinds 14 yr old left us yesterday). This is the first year without m-i-l and I admit I used to curse when I had to go searching for that illusive requested present only to find it in the drawer unused when we cleared her stuff after she passed on but this year seems odd.

On Boxing Day when both our "children"  (21 & 26) are here we are giving them due warning ( to be fair) that next year we are going away in the caravan meeting up with with doggie friends and letting the local pub do the cooking so no more food shopping for me ( how self indulgent!)

Have a great day with loved ones ( human and canine) and thanks to all who add daily to our knowledge via this site.

It's sticks and coal for my Granda AGAIN ! he has worked the kids up for weeks and was shouting up the chimney today he had them high as kites. Can't wait til tomorrow to watch him with his stockings ( he has 3 ) open them up in front of the kids :)
