if you have your affix in joint names and then you have a bitch in only your name can you use the affix on the pups or does the bitch have to be in joint names to do this the affix is held by husband and wife thankyou in advance

The bitch has to be in both names as she is classed as being owned by someone else. You could take out a separate interest in the affix, but it would be cheaper to put her in joint names. Or you could do a bitch loan agreement for the litter.

We have a joint affix for one breed & my OH has the same affix in his name only for 'his' breed. Only drawback is maintaining the same name twice.
