Just wondering how many people buy their dogs a christmas present and what do you buy?

We have 3 dogs and no kids so they do get a bit spoilt, it was only when I sat down to think of what to get them that I realised they have everything they could possibly ever want!

Buster only gets a cheap stuffed toy. He doesn't really 'do' toys, but he LOVES unwrapping pressies.
He gets to unwrap his then shred everybody elses wraping paper. Bless him, he waits patiently with an eager face to be given more paper to shred :)

He's normally too worn out with the excitement of Christams day (paper to shred, lots of food about, visitors) to be bothered with his toy, it will be a day or 2 before he can be bothered to do his usual toy ritual of removing the facial features before discarding it.

Of course, doesn't everyone? :-D

zuma tends to eat most toys so will have the usual new nylabone and some treats unless I get inspired and see something different :-D

Nothing major but they usually share a doggy stocking or some Christmas shaped treats. And they get just a tiny piece of turkey. :-)

A new collar and lead, or a new bowl is about all mine get. Oh and some doggy treats, but I don't spend a lot on toys as they just don't last long in here.

They do get the leftovers at dinner time ;-)

Mine get toys from their 2 "aunties" so I tend to buy some different treats and anything they need, this year it's new beds

Nothing :)  I have never had a dog that had any concept of religion let alone a Christian belief :)

Yes mine all get presents :0) even the cats!
Usually they get toys like new balls, Frisbee, tuggers etc for the dogs and little jingly things and catnip stuff for the cats.
Probably do the same this year but they all need new collars so they will get them wrapped up :0)
All my dogs LOVE un-wrapping their presents LOL

I don't buy presents but they celebrate all our important 'gifted' events, like Christmas and Birthdays, by tidying up the wrapping paper!

I once made the terrible mistake of allowing the kids to buy a 5 month old pup a special 'dog treat stocking'.  Never again - the food colouring was enough to send him sky ward...

Christmas for my dogs is much like Christmas for the rest of us: we walk, we eat turkey (theirs is raw), and we loaf about on the sofa watching tv in front of a roaring wood fire.

Christmas wouldn't be the same without pressies for the dogs, Spud especially just about goes into orbit on Crimbo morning, if your not careful he'll unwrap everyone else's presents too. His mum was the same, you had to be very vigilant whilst visiting near Christmas, any presents arranged in an artful manner under the tree were fair game for her, many were the presents that had to be re-wrapped after a visit from my little Christmas fairy lol.
