Can I ask the latest opinion of good shipping agents to use to send my beautiful 12 month old bullmastiff to Houston, Texas.........

I would really appreciate the advice ....he is our most precious cargo?

We had our Newfy Pup shipped to Michigan in May , and I was nothing short of a complete PEST to this poor agent at Lady Haye - but they were very good.He travelled with a blanket of ours,they answered all my questions thouroughly - and although I will never ship out of the country again (heart breaking) they were a very good company - and your situation is different! x x x  HTH

Alternatively you could look at taking him with you, cheaper and it is you that have him until the cargo handlers ask you to bring him to them before your flight is called, and he is delivered to baggage claim the other end.  Your and his papers checked and you walk out of the airport.

This option also means less time in his crate, no trying to find the Cargo place to pick him up.  This took ages for my friends to pick up the puppy I sent them, being sent from pillar to post, yet it was easy peasy when I had arrived with her mother myself a few months earlier.
