hi,anyone horsey out there that could give me some advice, please?two girls aged about eleven asked me if i could help, there are two horses in a field adjoining a local pub,and the girls say they are neglected,no water,no food.i suggested they ring the rspca but they said they wouldnt take any notice as they are so young.once you could see over the hedge, but you cant now as its too tall.i suspect it may be true as i used to see a young girl towing a big container of water over to the field,so theres probably no fresh supply, but i dont know this.I hate to think they may be suffering,do i ring the rspca and say all this ,would they just go and check on them?or any other suggestions?
thankyou, both of you,i glimpsed a piebald through a tiny gap in the hedge, although dirty and with no rug,it didnt look thin,i ll try and see more next time, the actual gate is round the back of the pub,i cant get to that without trespassing.
