Just wondered if anybody knew of the going rate for a mobile groomer for a full demoult wash and groom for a Lab ? :-)

I'm not mobile but I'd charge £25 for a large dog wash, that would include thorough brush through and nails.

I have someone coming out to do the girls on Sunday for me as they are in full moult and I have tried to keep on top of brushing as much as I can but I have admitted defeat !

As with anything it would also depend on the size, coat and condition of the dog(s) involved. I've got a small working type Lab that I charge £20, yet another, hugely overweight Lab that takes forever to dry that is £30.

Ditto this. At the salon where I train, we charge anywhere from £25 to £35.

They are all very lean girls varying on size type of coat and stages of moult so it all will average out !

Oh good, sounds like I'm on the bottom end of the market though not completely out of touch, but I don't actually get many that size. My ads do say small / medium breeds only, because I work alone, and I only do one Goldie that belongs to a friend, I charge £29 for him because of the thinning and trimming. Too big for a single person really!
