Fairly confident that things are underway properly now. Extremely heavy panting constant for the last couple of hours, she has also passed a lot of string plug and keeps spinning around to look at her stomach/back end.
Wish us luck!

Congrats to those who have had their pups, sorry that 2 didn't make it Beth.
Happy Birthday Jean.
Drover hopefully your girl will get the message soon and get down to business, will check back later.

Congratulations on the new arrivals :) Hope all goes well drover xxx
That was beautiful; thank you so much.
I really do feel for Drover, she's been popping pro plus and red bull for days now, expectant. Ripley must really be making her pay!

Know how they feel, after dragging Inka to the USA for mating, she dragged it out, and made me pay for over a week.

She has been digging, pacing and panting all night, much more intense than what she has been doing, and she has not even looked at her breakfast- which is not like her as she is so greedy!
If she does not have them today I will eat my hat! It is her due date today and she does like to do things right! lol

I remember your thread earlier in the year barbara :)

I was trying to find it to confirm how long she had been playing me to give you reassurance but couldn't find it.

Many congrats on the safe arrival of your puppies Wagamama, it's been a real treat following this thread at such a special time for you all!
Now just one to go....

Come on girl, you've made it to your due date and it's Halloween - perfect! Get on with it! :-D

Her whole body is now in periodic spasm/shaking. Im guessing this is a stronger contraction?
Ooooooh! When Maisy contracted she arched her spine and shook between, is that what itl ooks like?xx

drover, your eyes must be out on stalks by now! If you go much longer without sleep, you are going to start having hallucinations!
How is she this evening? From how you described her, your bitch sounded well on her way.
Poor Drover! I really hope all is progressing well!

Male pup at 01.44 weighing 440g, I was just about to take to the vets as she had been having strong hard contractions/straining with nothing happening since water went over 2hrs before. He needed reviving by me as my girl didnt know what to do, but seems well.
Second male arrived 02.26 weighing 405g, agasin needing a bit of help but is very lively.
All peaceful at the moment but she was scanned as having 3, so I await the next arrival praying it is a bitch!

Male number 3 arrived 03.51 weighing 408g, needed a hell of a lot of reviving, and then dopram, he is very slow but have just managed to get him latched on.
And a surprise number 4 bitch at 04.09 weighing 441g. A feisty one!
My bitch is not being fantastic to be honest, not really in any rush to break the sack and not good at cleaning them.

some bitches wont do it but that doesnt mean that they wont be a fantastic mum, i have had to rip the sack and i always cut the cord with my bitch, congrats and good luck with the pups :)

Great news Drover. I don't mind if my bitch doesn't break the sac, I normally do it 'cos I want it done! They normally get the hang of cleaning them after a couple of hours.
Our turn next (Friday-ish).

I am so very, very pleased for you. At long last.
Congratulations!
I'm so, so happy for you Drover, this has been an incredible journey and you must be so exhausted but on a HIGH!
P.s. don't worry, Maisy took a little while to clean hers, she cleaned them when they were born but I had to break all the sacks and dry them off properly. She'll get into the swing of it.
I'm so over the moon for you!
