Tonight I am allowed to play in the league for this card game.
I am honoured that my OH has invited me,but it is only because the team is so short and they are despeate.
So far it has only been played at home amongst ourselves, but husband is captain of his old police team and now finally I am called upon.

Never heard of it thought the subject was about Chas and Dave LOL!

I survived, scary as can be, however the team drew and my pairing lost 4-1.
It was however very close and 4-1 does not reflect quite how close.
I love card games, we used to go to a whist drive when I was an older child, this is a modified version or maybe an older version and quite tricky to get used to.
