My large breed bitch is on it's 24th day and I can't see any sign. Please advice.

I'm assuming you mean she was mated 24 days ago? If so just wait. Treat her as normal, and by day 40 or so you should know for certain.

I remember you asking a similar question not to long ago and your bitch not showing any signs near her due date , as was advised last time you just have to be patient , if you don't have access to a scanner as you don't them you probably won't know for a while but in the meantime treat her as if she is , e.g start her daily worming from 42 days increase her food from the etc .

Is this the same girl as last time? Your post indicated that she was in season mid May,does she have irregular seasons, did you see a tie,was she actually in season. If the reply is yes then just be patient(difficult I know). She may experience some signs ( try looking for book of the bitch - I am sure it can be sent over to you by amazon etc) as said by 40 days if she is then start her on a worming programme etc.

yes its same bitch, I bred her on the 11th day of her heat and there was a tie that lasted over 20 minutes. it's 27 days now and still no teats sign.

I wouldn't worry this early, some time back I mated 2 females within days of each other, the one having the phantom[not her first]developed signs much quicker than the one that was truly pregnant,it was as if she was getting the whole pregnancy fitted into 5 weeks and then went back to normal, I have since been told if the signs of pregnancy appear too early the chances are it is a phantom, this has proven to be true.

I took an unusual photo once (2008) of one of my bitches that at the time was 7 weeks pregnant. The photo was of her teats. I've just looked at it, and they were no bigger than they are normally -not pink either. That bitch had ten pups and it was her first litter.

Cats are easier, there you get obvious pinking after just 3 weeks.

What are you offering her? Is she well in herself otherwise?

I always feed her chicken and she always likes it. yesterday I gave her rice and chicken she did not eat, Today I gave her chicken only still she did not eat. I feed her with chicken 4 times a week then with Nutra Nuggets professional dog food.
