Dissolvable sutures - think that is how it is spelt although my spell check thinks different.

Anyway how long to they take to dissolve when used in external closure, skin and underlying tissue and how long when internal if different.

Do wounds heal at the same rate i.e. 10 days for skin closure.

Can only say from the ones I had (so human) 3 1/2 weeks ago, dont know if you mean human or dog, but would think they use the same stuff.
One of mine cam out on the 9th day, one on the 10th and last one on the 12th day. All in at the same time :)

Thanks Lea, yes it was canine I was interested in but expect as you say it would be the same. Just wondering how long he needs his collar on at night to stop the risk of him doing himself damage
