My bitch is day 47 today- she has been heavily panting all day even at rest. Is this normal?

Do you have the heating on?  I wouldn't say 'heavy' panting was normal, does she have a temperature?  Any worries I would get her to the vet for a quick check up, fingers crossed it's a combination of added weight/heating, better to be safe.
