My sisters Westie is having some tests done and the Vet mentioned Westie lung, has anyone had experience of it
What is the treatment for this?

Google has plenty of info on it . We have one with symptoms that boards here , slight wheezy cough . Your vet will give you advice , but we keep this old chap quiet , slow stroll walk , not a marathon  and his owners try and keep his weight down .
