I'm with sky e-mail and I keep getting fail reports with my e-mails.
The recipient server did not accept our request to connect, this is the message I'm getting on the bounce back.
What do I do now?
I'm baffled, I'm a techno phobe.
And it doesn't matter who I send to it's all the same

I've had this too but the recipient has received the email ?

The only times I have had this is if the address is wrong or not in exhistance.

It's all addresses from my address book and most of the e-mails I've sent are back to backs on in-coming mail.
It not even specific to any one supplier as I've had failings when sending to aol and g-mail.

My suspision would be sky..try sending an email to someone or yourself on a friends pc to see if it works.
Ahh just had a thought...try sending one from your pc to yourself see what happens.

There seems to be a sky/googlemail fault. Happening to me and a friend on sky too, so I clicked through onot the help like and then the forums, several people reported same thing, should be fixed soon - the emails are getting through, it is the error message which is wrong.

Well at least it's not just me then, I'll try the help line and the forums too, thanks for the info

Nope inbox has still got loads of space, anyway it's not incoming mail that I have a problem with, it's outgoing mail, it's not going out :(
