Hi All
Just wanted to know if anyone has sent their hip images off to Europe to get the European grading they use, A,B,C rather than 3,4 for example?
Thanks

Why would anyone send their dogs scores abroad instead of through the BVA?

What would be the point loobyloo2 the UK system is so much more detailed.
Ah, it does seem a strange idea, but.... my dog is not presently a breed that can be shown in the UK, future matings will be with Europeans (where they are shown) so much easier all round for everyone to use the European scoring system.
I'm sure i read on here some tiime ago about somebody sending their plates off to Germany?
Oh, the BVA scores are fine by the way, it's just converting them.

Not sure it would make any difference where they are done then, the BVA should be acceptable in Europe but perhaps not acceptable to you so where are your dogs registered I would have them scored in that country.

Must admit that I have been very tempted to do this and see what the European score is compared to ours.

Hi Perrodeagua
Met Antonio just a few weeks ago, lovely man.
It is easier for me to fit in with Europe and their scoring system then with our own.
So, has nobody sent their plates off to Switzerland, Holland etc before?

Thing is Nova I'm not so sure that that is correct. In some ways I wish that I'd sent Poppy's off and seen whether they do colate with each other.
