Anyone know where I can purchase a grinder for bones? LOL sound like a serial killer don't I. I want to start a Barf diet with our new pup but am unsure about the bones, so I thought that I'd grind them.

Same here, Naomi. I am also looking for a bone grinder (and I might just turn into a serial killer as well...). I have recently gone over to feeding natural food, including bones and I am always uneasy when I see her swallowing bits that, in my opinion, should have been chewed a bit more. No problems so far - fingers crossed.
Lets hope someone knows where to get a grinder.

A good mincer is made by Porkert in the Czech republic and is available in the US and UK. I might be able to help you find one if you are in UK. I use mine to mince whole raw chicken wings, drumsticks and sometimes (with prechopping) even a turkey wing.
Otherwise you could use a heavy cleaver - like Chinese chefs use, and a solid chopping board. Put your chopping board on a folded towel to minimize impact and noise on your worktop and chop away. If you need to hold the meat use tongs NOT YOUR FINGERS!!!!
I sometimes use my mincer and do a lot of chicken wings which are then formed into one portion patties and frozen, if I can't be bothered to get the mincer out, I use the cleaver. It chops reasonably finely.
