I really need to find somebody in the London/Essex area (or home counties) that offers an artificial insemination service. I have the bitch and the stud I just need the people that can perform the procedure  for me.
Any information will be gratefully received , thank you in advance. (P.s I know Steve in Derbyshire already) Trying to find someone a little bit closer.

This post is a cry for information on any service providers dealing with the collection and distributing of frozen semen to other countries, I have been contacted several times about my stud dog, and wanted to look into it further, sorry if my original post was unclear. My bitch is in season and I wondered if it could only be collected when an available bitch was in heat. As I have one now.

Ah, that makes total sense then.  Yes, it is easier to collect if you can bring an in-season bitch with you.

I don't know about specific areas, but UKClone and Fit & Fertile were two I looked into when I was researching.

I went to a reproduction seminar led by Angelika von Heimendahl who is a repro specialist and is based at VRS (Veterinary Reproduction Service) in Cambridge.

I basically did a google search for Canine Reproduction or Canine Artificial Insemination and found several links at the time which I followed to get more.
