Dog food questions get asked a lot so it may be worth using the search facility to get more ideas but there is a discussion going on here that might give you a few names to look at

Oh and very good idea to change from Bakers - I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole :)

...BUT if your dog can stomach Bakers then he must have a cast iron constitution with no allergies - a good sign that he will adapt to anything new.  Don't forget to change your new crossbreed over as well

groveclydpoint - advice you've been given to move from Bakers is definitely right!  Sometimes young dogs with effective digestive systems can cope with this awful diet but as they get older they struggle and start to show it outwardly.  I recently had a friend's pointer to stay and couldn't believe it when they delivered Bakers to me to feed her.  I then understood why she had a dry coat, farted for England and was overweight with no real muscle definition and bad breath!!  Needless to say, they now feed Fish4dogs and in just 6 weeks she looks fab!!  I wish I had taken before and after photos!  Best of luck!

well often I say i it aint broke it don't need fixing BUT I am going to make an exception here. IMO almost anything will be an improvement for your dogs long term health and welbeing. Chudleys is ok but not special, if your looking for a food in that sort of price range you could also look at look at CSJ range.

If you can streatch the budget a wee bit more perhaps foods foods from one of the many suppliers of Golden Acres hypoallergenic platinum range (google salmon & potato or duck & potato and you will find lots of "brands" that are the same basic product bagged for various small suppliers - Nutrix, vet recommended diets, hights farm etc ) Best prices I have found to date on these foods are here eg.  http://www.workinghprs.com/catalog/1  #   these products are similar to the more pricey Fish for Dogs and Challenge but if you buy two bags the salmon and potato is 24.99 for 15kg delivery & VAT included.

...or feed raw?

It can be daunting at first and isn't for everyone but the results speak for themselves. Especially as you have more than one dog, you will probably find it works out cheaper than most of the best kibbles anyway!

Do some research if you're interested - there are past threads on here, or for the best advice and support,  the Britbarf yahoo Group is still an active & valuable resource.
