It seems a 30year old has been arrested for stabbing to death 5 people in Jersey, 2 of whom are children.

We tend to feel a bit protected here  in the islands, like that is stuff for the mainland not here  :(

I suppose if its going to happen it could be any where.

Have just seen this on BBC News- horrific. What a terrible tragedy and one of the last places one could imagine such an awful thing to to happen.
The world seems to have gone mad. God love and keep the victims.

Thats awful as you say it could happen anywhere but drives it home when it is so close .

Its my Partners favorite place to be, and we sat there watching the BBC news thinking things like that dont happen in Jersey :( :( :(

so sad. i believe it is all from one family. the world is going mad.

Just reading this now, such a shame, 3 children have died in this incident :-(

I caught this last night on the news.So sad,especially for those left behind to pick up the pieces.My thoughts are with them.
