And they also prescribed a low dosage of anti depressants as they thought it gave a very mild muscle relaxant effect but now if you read up on rhe condition they now say certain ones actually are a side effect of some !!> I know it's easier said than done but it's worth trying to work on the cause, as well as the symptoms :-)
