Are you talking about a drug that requires prescription?  That would be very worrying.  I don't know of any accredited online pharmacy that would do so. 
My first priority when choosing an online pharmacy would always be that they were fully legitimate.  There is a huge market in counterfeit medications out there which will at best be ineffectual and at worse down right dangerous.  Infact, depending on the severity of the condition even being ineffective can kill.
