My sisters 3 year old springer spaniel had a fit this evening she is at the vets now, any body know whether its a one off or could there be something wrong, she is very healthy otherwise comes out exercising with with the horses every day. thanks

Fits can be caused by all sorts as a one off...over heating, digesting toxins etc. Bloods can tell you if its idiopathic or not
