Poor whispa has cut his front paw , the vet has so far given me a drip bag  as an interim to serve as aboot for walking.
Anyone any  thoughts on which makle of boot may stay on and last on a very hairy gsd who is rather energetic. The thought of road walking him for 3 weeks is going to horrendous he doesnt see a lead walk as anymore than a means to getting somewhere and will not be happy

I'm trying to find what I used on the Bernese in the snow when they cuts their feet. Can't find the boots right now but they worked a treat and only £10.

Here we go, they are Walker ones, with duel Velcro wraps. PickEd them up from a local pets op, Bernese were a size XXL ;-)

Yes ones with stretchy Velcro fastenings stay on the best. When running the sibes they are also quite often taped on around the top as well with gaffer or electric tape. Just make sure it's not too tight and not going to rub on the dew claw.

I liked the pawz direct disposible boot,they look like balloons and you pull them on,certainly stay on,and one lasted me several days,if not a couple of weeks.but then,flyss wasnt a young dog so they might not last whispa as long.They come in sizes and packs of twelve,when i last bought some on line they were about 12 quid.
