our shetland sheepdog bitch had a singleton pup 11 weeks ago (which we kept). She is a very active dog but has just gone and lost all her muscle in her back legs.   At first we thought she had just lost weight so i uped her food but after having another look at her she looks to have lost her muscles.  i have checked for tears and shes not sore anywhere.

will get her into the vet but am busy for the next two days so thought i would ask anyone here first.

Could be she has lost condition having the litter even if only one, think time and exercise will sort it but a trip to the vet is always the first stop if you are worried.
