I have heard on the grapevine that one of my puppies (now 4 years old) is moving with her family to Germany, as the registration is endorsed "not for export" surely they would have to have me lift this and cant just take her abroad. Although we no longer hear from this owner I do know she is looked after well, so not got worry on that score .
The endorsement prevents and export pedigree being issued, do they can't register her abroad, nothing can prevent them taking the dog abroad physically.
Seem as the breeding restriction can't stop a dog being bred from only stop the progeny being able to be registered.
The endorsement is actually about the issue of an export pedigree (necessary if you want to breed puppies abroad and register them with a foreign kennel club), nothing to do with physically taking the dog out of the country.
Germany is a civilised country and at least they love her enough to stand the hassel of taking her with them. lot of people can't be bothered and give away the dog when move abroad so sounds like she has very fond owners even if they haven't been too good at keeping in touch.
