I was visiting a 3 mth puppy today, the owner had bought a 'vibrating' collar from P@H to stop pup barking!
I hope you managed to smuggle it out of there or drop it into the pond...
"Oh dear it must have fallen off! Never mind, try training instead" :)

After 1.5 hrs of my visit, they soon realised that they were going to have to work if they wanted to have a good relationship with their puppy. he was a sweetie, so happy to be taught, some people forget that a puppy or a dog for that matter just want to please you. I was playing a hide & find game with the pup and the husband said 'he is stupid' we have done that and he just looks dumb, he doesnt know what to do. I asked if they had shown the pup what to do, No came the reply, then I asked how will pup know. quess who then looked 'daft'?!

Poor pup hope the owners listen to you I know. Of some people who returned a pup shortly after having it because it barked ! Fgs what did they
expect it to do stand and recite poetry !!

Some people really don't seem to udnerstand that dogs need work, they seem to think they will just pop out of mum all ready trained! Quite bizarre.
Glad they listened to you though.

We took a dog into our breed club rescue years ago. The relinquishing owner complained that he never asked to go out to toilet: he only walked to the door! I guess they wanted him to put up his paw and say,"Please may I go in the garden"!
