I think it depends on your computer mine at home is fine but my one at work can't seem to cope with it and muddles everything up

with you on that one.....i think the old layout was far easier to read and navigate :(

I too miss some of the old things.  While I understand that things do change, I really, really miss not being able to see who is online.  Many a time, particularly in the early hours, I would see someone coming along, waiting with a whelping bitch, and needing a bit of moral support or advice.  It used to be a common occurence and I miss it.

> being able to see who is online

That would be good, wonder why it's not allowed anymore? I can't see a single reason for not displaying online users.

I think being able to see who else was on-line ceased before the new format was introduced.  Perhaps it can be re-instated when the new system is working to everyone's satisfaction.

What has changed?

Everything looks the same to me on th forum?

Are we talking the main site (which I rarely look at)?

Some while ago you used to be able to see who else was logged onto the forum - think that changed when the adverts started.

Don't think anything has changed on the forum.  Look at the main site - lots has changed there which takes a while to get used to.

I struggled to get some new results put on my page yesterday.      Must say I far preferred the old layout - it just seemed more logical.

I always had my account set to not show my online status anyway.

I agree the main site is hard to update and as for looking stuff up well I now just get bored and move on to something else.
Have also been told this morning stud dogs do not appear on stud listing until 18 months now even though my dog has full health clearances at 15 months.

Was at a friends the other day and her puppy buyer commented on how awful champdogs was now it had all changed too.

Sorry dont like it at all . I only browse for interest but it has become too complicated to bother with maybe if I was looking for a pup I would bother to learn my way around but otherwise no.

Must say that the only thing I like since the change is that you can now do a postcode search for litters and the results will tell you how far away each litter is from your home. I'd say that was a big plus for anyone looking for a pet especially!

Other than that, I don't like the new website much. I haven't paid for membership this year, so don't have a webpage. We don't have any litters planned for quite a while & I'm still getting lots of enquiries so will update as and when necessary.
