PUPPIES NOT FROM PUPPY FARMS?

PROVE IT!

GOOD BREEDERS DO NOT SELL TO SHOPS

These stickers are now available to use for pet shops that sell puppies. They can be stuck inside if possible or otherwise on the door. Please PM me if you have a pet shop near you that sells puppies and you would like some stickers. Please let me know in your message the name of the pet shop as well as your address. Let's keep this thread for general comments only. This idea came from an RSPCA campaign in Australia.

Could you end up getting arrested?

risk worth taking I reckon Stooge :) I used to happily put CA stickers all over the rspca stand at crufts LOL :)

I would question encouraging people doing this as well Stooge. I agree with why they are doing it but not to break the law or encourage people to do it.

I think targeting vets and places like PAH with advertising like this is a better target audience with better effect :-)

The leaflets and posters for vets and reputable pet shops etc are available to print and and distribute at Puppy Love Campaigns.

Much better idea.  You can't do much from behind bars :)

I don't think that there would be much chance of being imprisoned. There would also be a lot of adverse publicity for any pet shop that took legal action against someone who stuck a sticker on their premises. Anyone fancy doing Harrods?

That was rather tongue in check :) but I still think you could end up arrested and perhaps charged.
I doubt sticking up posters, that will be removed pretty quickly, would be any more effective than a legal demonstration so probably not worth a criminial record that could affect such things as your employment, insurance etc.

There is a picture of one of the Australian stickers looking very tatty round the edges but still readable and in place, hopefully our stickers will be as hard to remove. They are only about 4 inches square so they can be applied discreetly.

Have seen that pic, and looked like they couldn't be bothered to remove it completely! I hope you specified high-tack glue on the stickers.
