Hi just a couple of things im new to, i made my dog up earlier this year which is my first, i would like to enter the next show which closes soon, i havent had his title confimed yet from the kc. If i enter him in the next show now, and his CH comes after, will that affect anything at the next show - as in, hes not in the catologue as a champ when infact he actually is. Dont want to get disqualified lol.

Also, i have my first puppy here which i have bred and wish to keep, i have the registration back from the kc. I am used to buying pups and sending the form off along with the fee. Im confused, do i do this with this pup or do i leave this form as it is as shes staying here?

Congratulations on your new Champion...
You cannot put the CH on a dogs name untill you have the conformation from the KC.  For advertising you can put "Subject to KC confirmation" but you must enter a show as if he/she is not yet a Champ. You could get disqualified for misrepresenting him as a Champ untill you get the confirmation. (Very unlikely)
The pups paperwork is already in your name so you need not do anything else.

Actually, I found this Q&A on Kennel Club website yesterday that suggests you can:

Q. Can I use the title of Champion when applying for shows before I receive my certificate from the Kennel Club?

A. Yes, providing you are 100% sure that the dog has definitely obtained Champion status.

However, I didn't want to jinx mine so didn't LOL.

You will probable find the printer will add it anyway.

You will sometimes see a Champion in Limit because the dog was eligible for Limit when entered but has since won to Champion status and the printer has added the title although the dog is still able to enter Limit class.

I rang the Kennel Club and they said as I had three CC's under 3 different judges I could use it before the certificate.
Mind you he was made up on the Friday at Blackpool the year the show had to be cancelled on the Sunday, I had rang to confirm the CC would stand as had been told it might be taken away as the show was stopped.

You can get a new reg cert for free for the puppy if you send this one with all the advertising on it back.

I entered my girl in as a Sh.Ch. before confirmation came from the KC and added subject to KC conf, in brackets, next to her name so I left it up to the secretary to decide!  ;-)
