When I got my greyhounds from the rescue they come with a long leather lead that does up on the collar by a buckle. Its much more secure as greyhounds can spin at times and the trigger hooks on normal leads come undone when they do that.
I find the leather leads quite uncomfortable and much prefer the softer nylon leads, but I cannot find anywhere, someone who makes buckle fastening nylon leads.
I am sure there would be a good market for them.
Does anyone on here know of anywhere I could get them please?

Thankyou for the link, but unfortunatly no I want a buckle fastening lead.
It would be the same as the lead in my link but made of Nylon or some strong material.

I sometimes use what you describe and I got it from a saddle shop, its is described a show lead for horses.

I could make you one, if you arent in a mad rush as I am not doing much work at the moment due to my health.

If you have a couple of existing leads to recycle it would be very cheap to use an old leather lead for the buckling end and stitch that to a nylon strap (I have buckles) or if you send a new nylon lead I can make the buckling part from new as well.

I can't make the buckle part from nylon though as I dont have any.. and hand sewing nylon looks scruffy (sandwhiching it in leather gets around that issue).
