I didn't get DW yesterday and wondered if anyone knows of any companion shows within a hour / hour and a half of Bury St Edmunds either this Saturday or on the Monday? There wasn't anything in DW last week. In a perfect world it would have obedience too! :-)

If you put in companion show on the Internet it send you to a site I think it is the kennel club site that give all the companion shows for this year.

Lucy if you go onto OurDogs or even DogWorld you can still bring that info up, its free without subscription for show entry info :-)
Friday Ad often advertise local fun/companion shows too

I had a look but couldn't spot it. Hubby has found a nice walk in Berkshire he would like to do within reach of one on Monday with obedience, so I guess we'll trek over there!

Hi there's a fun dog show at the Cambridge City football ground on Monday 30th May in aid of the NSPCC/Childline. Don't know if thats of any interest?

I was particularly wanting one this weekend because it's been a whole month since my last show - but thanks, I'll keep that one in mind for the end of May! That might be when I have rally trial actually, not sure off the top of my head. Anyway the Bradfield show was fun, judge gave Hetty 2nd in puppy (no idea why as there were loads of lovely puppies there, but I'm not complaining!) and Ellie 4th in open. Hetty also got 4 in Best Condition, and they both put in lovely obedience rounds, specially considering Hetty's never done formal obedience, but both broke stays, naughty girls - still, it was hot! Shattered now, can't believe I have to go to work tomorrow!!
