Hiya, just after some information, my bitch Ellie, is on day 55, i have everything ready for her room, equipment etc, camp bed up and ready and just wondered when should i start sleeping in the same room as her.

i started staying with my dog a week before she was due too :)

Thanks, dont think she is going to last till 29th (Friday), shes very big, not eaten hardly anything and seems quite restless, might be wrong or it might be wishfull thinking!!

My girl did this 24 hours before she went, that was day 60..

She can whelp from day 56 with totally viable puppies.

I'd go along with that, our litter last year was bang on 60 days!!  Maybe you are seeing the things that are there and may not have as much time as you're expecting :-) Hope all goes well for you both ... how exciting :-D

Yes i know she can start at any time now and the pups will be ok, just meant that with the heat, she is panting alot and gone off food,
that thats the same for everyone.

Yes have read THE BOOK, at the moment using it as a bible!!!
