You can get 'green' tripe from many pet shops - they sell it frozen. Prize choice tripe, I think, is all ox tripe, but it is still 'green'. 'Green' simply refers to the fact it has not been cleaned or bleached, the actual colour will vary, depending on what the animal ahd been eating.

Tripe from a Butchers will be white in colour as it has been cleaned & bleached, it has little nutritional value.

The breeder of one of my dogs got hers from the local abbatoire ( sorry can't spell it ).

Try TPMS they deliver to your area, they are in Pershore.  They do green tripe as I get mine from there, they are reliable with deliveries too.
