Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried the breed club to see if they can recommend a breeder in your area to you?

Hi - earlier this year we were also searching for a westie pup.We ended up travelling a fair distance to get our puppy (approx. 500 mile round trip). The journey was well worth it to get the right puppy.By the right puppy I mean one that came from a highly recommended breeder, pup with an excellent temperament and one which was well socialised.
Westies are a very popular breed and some unscrupulous people take advantage of this eg.puppy farmers.
Sorry I cannot be of more help but please be prepared to either wait for the right puppy to be available nearer to you (Kennel Club only allows a bitch to have one litter per year) or be prepared to travel further afield to secure the right puppy for you.The extra time spent waiting or the extra distance travelled will be worth it in the long run.
