Can anyone tell me the difference between open and limit shows please ?

as far as I know Lel - limited shows are restricted to entry by members of the club/ society running it whereas open are open to all

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong :)

Also CC winners are not eligible for limited shows. They are usually a good starting ground for pups/young dogs.

God i cant believe i found this post i was just filling out a entry for a limit show and i wanted to take the young dog but he has a RCC

can he go ????

Yes RCC winners can go but not CC winners...RCC winners can't compete in matches/exemption shows. :)

They are limited by the number of classes, I think 75. JH
