Should i feel the pups moving yet? She us day 49 or is it too early? She is very swell and we arw gettig the room ready. I havd heard heartbeat with a stethoscope, cant tell how many,thanks.

it depends on the breed really and how many they are carrying my terrier i could feel them very early on but saying that she was visibly bigger way before she was scanned .....she did have 8 though.

I wait till Mum is asleep on the bed/couch beside me and slide my hand underneath her, the pups seem more active when she is asleep.

Have never felt movement earlier than a week or so before due date.

6 weeks here too,  medium breed.

Tonight i felt puppies move, she is 7 weeks, it wad magical :-)
