General / Parvo outbreak around Suffolk (3 pups fighting for life)
Well as if things couldn't get any worse for them Iron Mountain rescued 3 pups yesterday and in the early hours of this morning they were rushed to the vets and have been fighting like little troopers all day.
The vet has said this is a new, much more virulent and aggressive strain than he has seen before with an incubation period a lot faster than usual. 3 rescues are on lockdown. Send healing thoughts everyone and be vigilant who your dogs mix with.

Have been following this on FB , one puppy very poorly now :-( ....but the others seem to be getting better ( think there were 4 that came down with it in the end ) ... fingers crossed for them all

Ive been told there is a notice up in the vets in Wolverhampton that they have seen 3 cases of parvo recently and warning owners to be careful.
Sorry for the delay in replying, my laptop has not been co-operative lately.
I'm not sure of the exact location however vets in the surrounding areas are reporting a marked increase in cases. Yes one pup is in a very bad way as it appears her organs may be shutting down. So young and a family somewhere that would love her.
