I've recorded something on Sky and wondered if it's possible to transfer it to a DVD? If it's do-able an idiots guide on how to would be gratefully received!

As far as i know i dont think it is possible...but then i dont know much really!

It is possible - you just need a dvd recorder connected to your sky+ box.

done that - the next step is where I need the idiot's guide!

Scart connection from sky box to dvd recorder, and another one between recorder and tv. If correct AV channels are selected, you should be able to see your sky box on the tv via the recorder. Then just a matter of recording from the sky box. Which bit are you stuck on?
