Watching this now. OMG how can people treat their dogs like that? These puppy farmers are scum.

Balnced program which primarily pointed otu what we ahve been sayiogn all al0ong ENFORCEMENT is the real issue, adding small scale breeders woudl increase workload for thsoe supposed to be enforcing, and woudl nto tackle the problems of dealign with teh pupy farmers.

Soemthing neeeds to be donr about getting those prosecuted under the Animal Welfare Act, and the Enforcement side of the Breeding and Sale of Dogs Welfare Act needs strengthening.

Also the levels of penalties are laughable and too easily recouped by the sorry 'business'

I was appalled when the puppy farmer got just a £280 fine and was then granted a breeding license, makes me ashamed to live in ceredigion and you have to wander if there's been some quiet hand shakes going on somewhere :(
