Some of you may remember I posted a little while ago about a couple who walk their Newfies in the same area as I do having a litter from unhealth tested parents. The first Newf they had was a dog, about 2-3 years old now, then they appeared with a youngish  bitch about 18 month old, a rescue they said. Next thing she was pregnant, I questioned them on health checks and also about if the rescue knew she was as they would not like it,"Oh no" they said she was not THAT sort of rescue they bouhgt her as someone did not want her. The pups (11) were all sold bar one bitch they kept. Today I hear the bitch is pregnant again and due in 2 weeks. The pup is only 7 months old...back to back mating then ???? how long before that poor pup is carrying around a litter sired by her father...
I do not know how I will keep my big mouth shut next time I see them.
It makes me so angry.

It is so hard, and when you try and tell somebody nicley this is not right, they just dont want to know..has happened with my friend buying of these people, she belived all, the cock and bull story but she has paid the price! 1st had liver shunt cost £8500.00 in ops put to sleep still, the next one has been a hell to get clean and very crazy and hard to train. But she would still go out and do the same I think.

Surely this second litter won't be KC registered as they need to be 12 months apart to be elligible?

So when the pups were 5 months old they let the male mate her again, they want shooting.

The rules about KC reg only apply to Licenced breeders so yes they will register another litter. I am not sure if they are registered anyway. No doubt they just fancied a nice holiday on the proceeds... My heart goes out to the poor biitch and I wish her no harm, but I hope they have very very expensive vet bills and end up out of pocket, it's the only thing that will stop these sorts of people.

I think the only thing that will stop them Aileen, is that they are left with the whole litter.
