Nothing in the breed for us today

but a huge big proud mum moment my youngest rhiannon (11) first time in ykc at crufts was 4th, a big thank you to the owner of her handeling dog for all the shows she enters both her and the dog in and a big sorry, because he was in the ykc ring he missed his class.

Well done Everyone in Leo's, never got over to your ring, sorry...
Have to say I did like the BOB for Leo's, saw him at a few recent local open shows.. He however didn't appear to like the main arena though..?

Denny well done to your daughter, saw them briefly around the YKC ring, but all were busy talking..

HG you never left me any KC :-( And this was after you told me you were on the train up there with them!!! lol
- By Butler 1 [gb] Date 12.03.11 16:57 UTC
Thank you Aileen..It was so special, after what 2010 threw at us, maybe somebody was watching over us!!Also goes to show that care feeding and exersize counts for a lot as well as getting the best bred dog you can pays in the end..But you must have been tired+age= memory loss cause Stanley is 5 years old now!!
Didn't buy any doggie toys but got myself some Fitflops and cor did I need them when I got home*lovley*

- By diddles [gb] Date 12.03.11 17:52 UTC

- By chelzeagirl [gb] Date 12.03.11 20:03 UTC
well i gave myself the whole day off and watched it all on live feed , have totally enjoyed every minute think all the dogs look wonderful :-) ,
the Bully made me laugh typical bully looked like she wanted to go run and play little clown,
congrates to all of you who are their it must be tiring for all, but worth it i imagine ,
ohhh and heres thanks to my family for allowing me to have a nice day off to enjoy it, xx
- By Jeangenie [gb] Date 12.03.11 20:08 UTC
The bully was lovely! What super temperament - the staffy was so overawed.
- By leoti [gb] Date 12.03.11 20:23 UTC

- By chelzeagirl [gb] Date 12.03.11 20:27 UTC
Love the Bully totally fab secretly my fav as i have 2, and of course the Rottweiler from yesterday was stunning, but none as stunning as my boys and girls lol, well to me anyway,

their was another little one their today that really caught my eye but cant remember now what breed it was,  little black short coated one had lovely eyes awww i just melted when i see her ,
- By chelzeagirl [gb] Date 12.03.11 20:56 UTC
ohhh wow @ the Afghan such elegance,
- By Lisakom [gb] Date 12.03.11 22:32 UTC
The dishmop in the group was stunning - coming reserve to that is no shame.

He is a beautiful dog...but then I  may be slightly biased as he is my boys` Uncle :)
- By Tessies Tracey Date 12.03.11 22:40 UTC
Have to say, just watched Terrier best in group judging and am so so thrilled that a SBT got 3rd place!!!!  Wonderful watching.
Well done to all on the roll of honour :) *thumbs up*
- By qwerty Date 12.03.11 22:54 UTC
I was quite put off by the stafford wearing a bulky collar, sort of ruined his outline....or is this the norm with staffords?
- By Tessies Tracey Date 12.03.11 23:08 UTC
I wouldn't say that it is a bulky collar :), to me it looks like a standard leather Stafford show collar; they're not much more than 1cm wide.
Some people do use the slightly narrower half check show sets or slip collar.
- By chelzeagirl [gb] Date 12.03.11 23:38 UTC
I was quite put off by the stafford wearing a bulky collar
yeah i didn't like the collar that much i thought it made him look to street lol,

i like the dogs wearing the very thing rope like ones like the bullys wear :-),
- By Vanhalla [gb] Date 13.03.11 10:35 UTC
My Raider took Veteran Dog, and his daughter Bella, co-owned by me and my parents, was 1st in Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy.  Another daughter won Limit Bitch, and other offspring/descendants won 1sts and other placings.  I'm so proud of my boy.
- By Tyddhound [gb] Date 13.03.11 13:02 UTC
Nothing for us today, but both girls were absolute stars.

The sire of my latest litter did however win Best Of Breed.
- By Perry Date 13.03.11 14:15 UTC
CONGRATULATIONS to everyone of you that won, got placed and actually made it to Crufts - that in itself is amazing, you should all be very proud of yourselves and of course your doggies :)
- By susieq [gb] Date 13.03.11 16:36 UTC
