i know im always moaning but i was annoyed today at crufts by people hogging seats.i stood for half an hour watching a breed being judged and there were plenty of empty seats that people had reserved with coats etc.
one girl even asked if anyone was sitting on a seat and the woman said yes. well, i stood for half an hour, then went shopping again and came back and the seat was still only holding her handbag.
i wish people would consider others sometimes

I will just move the stuff if I want to sit down I must admit! If it's an NEC chair, as far as I am concerned I have equal right to sit on it. If someone came back and said that was her chair, I would probably move rather than cause a fuss (though I'd be tempted to ask where you go to buy the rights to an NEC chair!), and of course I would be very careful with their belongings and replace them on the chair when I left. But if it's just a coat slung over the back, sorry but if you're not using 'your' chair, I will!

Know exactly what you mean - tried to get a couple of seats round the Newfie ring,there were empty seats but they were occupied by coats & bags!!

I'm impressed Polo thats a good one! I'm usually alright for chairs because I walk with a stick, people normally offer up their chair pretty happily if there are no spares.

oh I just sit on them ... dont care!!
