what happens when your weight has been stuck at the same weight for the last two weeks do you change your exercise or do you just step up your exercise, the intesity of my workouts have increased but i am seeing know change in the weight, i have not put any on just not took anything off, i have measured myself and i have lost inches everywhere i am very pleased about this if the inches are comming off why not the weight ?

if you are losing inches still but not dropping in weight its because you are toning the muscle and muscle weighs more so keep it up and well done to you

Are you measuring, muscle weighs more than fat.

Sounds like you are doing brilliantly if your sizes are getting smaller, well done.

As others have said your now more muscled so already healthier, fitter, slimmer etc but if you wish for the loss to continue change your routine, you have been exercising the same muscles so they are the ones that have developed and they are now capable of doing that routine easily.  If you change the routine so you are working different muscles you will find that you'll start using the less developed muscles so you will work harder, hopefully losing more fat.  You can then also keep your mind that bit occupied by swoping through different routines and this will keep the toned muscles in good condition.

Your weight could just be plato- but I agree with the others. Same happened to my sister and now she started adding in some weights like on her ankles and wrist- seems to be helping...
