At long last maybe I can finally do something a little bit more proactive. Unfortunately last week I was made redundant so now I find myself faced with the prospect of a full week ahead of me with not a great deal to do (updated my CV which was so boring).
So I have a 4 wheel drive and am able to collect and deliver dogs that maybe need moving round the country. I am mids based so fairly central and if I can help then please let me know.

Grat Dane Adoption Society( along with plenty others I'm sure) are always looking for help. They are curretnly based in West Sussex but operate a National fostering and re-homing service and as such are often in need of cars and drivers! Look them up on www.danes.org.uk They are a friendly bunch and would be delighted to hear from you.
P.S - Petrol expences paid!!

Sorry about your job being made redundant - an "outsourcing" manager once told me to think that it was the job that was made redundant and not you.
You might hate border collies (some people do I'm told!), but I'm sure that border collie rescue would be grateful for your time.
