I think you mean Animal Friends.  Their website says "Animal Friends - feel good insurance".  But I know nothing about them. :)

I have read varied comments about them both good and bad I believe they are quite competitive. My sister is insured with them and except that you are supposed to inform them if the vet bill is going to be over £1000 they have had no problem.
The one time they had to take their dog in for an emergency out of hours funnily  enough they nor the vet was thinking about the insurance just the dog, quite right to!.
AF did get a bit funny when they submitted the bill and there was a few days worry as to if they would pay out and it was over the £1000.
